At BrownGirlsThrift, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days from the date of purchase.
Processing time refers to the period required to prepare your order for shipment. This does not include weekends, public holidays, or shipping transit time.

If we experience a high volume of orders or any delays in processing, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery time begins once your order has been shipped and is separate from the 3–4 day processing period.
Transit times vary depending on your shipping destination and courier services.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


3. Shipping Address Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
BrownGirlsThrift is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost or undeliverable packages due to address errors

  • Additional shipping fees required to reship an order returned to us because of address issues

If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at info@browngirlsthrift.com. Updates can only be made before the order is shipped.


4. Shipment Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders on time, unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections may impact delivery dates. BrownGirlsThrift is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.


5. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@browngirlsthrift.com so we can assist you.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

BrownGirlsThrift is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
For lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos so we can review the situation and assist you.
